The Law Library provides access to legal information resources to
the faculty, students, alumni, and staff of the Texas Wesleyan
School of Law. The Library's collection may also be
available, with limitations, to the Texas Wesleyan University community
at large, members of the bench and bar, and the general public.
Access to the Dee J. Kelly Law Library Monday-Thursday after 8:00 p.m. and after 6:00 p.m. Friday-Sunday is limited to faculty, students, alumni, and staff of the law school. To enter, these patrons must swipe their law school ID cards through the card reader next to the library doors.
As a private institution, the Dee J. Kelly Law Library, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to restrict or deny service and/or access to legal information resources to any person or groups of persons, including students, faculty, the bench, bar, and general public, as it deems necessary.
