Student Organization Solicitation Request

Student organizations who wish to solicit donations from firms or alumni, request alumni contact information or advertise their events to Texas Wesleyan alumni must do so through the office of alumni and advancement. Alumni Contact Request Please note - this information must be submitted at least three months prior to date information is required. The office of alumni and advancement reserves the right to deny requests based on privacy rules and regulations. Also note that alumni regulate the privacy of their contact information, thus some alumni do not allow us to share their contact information with others. The office of alumni and advancement will work with you to the best of our ability to ensure your program/event is a success.

Event Advertisement Please note - this information must be submitted at least one month prior to proposed event/program date.
Event Details (List event date, time, place and purpose. Include all pertinent details about speakers, food, registration and/or fees.)
