The advocacy team of 2L Katie Copeland and 2L Jenny Forehand were named regional champions at the ABA Client Counseling Competition held in Houston, Feb. 16, 2013.
The team will compete in the national finals next month in Waco. Professor Kay Elliott was the team’s coach.
This is the second consecutive year an advocacy team from Texas Wesleyan School of Law has advanced to the national finals in this competition.
